Mount the control inside the shower, 60 inches from the floor to its center, and as far from the steam outlet as possible — never next to the steam head. Install the steam head 24 inches above the shower floor and at least 6 inches from all corners — not beneath a bench and away from the control. Seal the outlet to keep vapor out of the shower walls.
