This antique Persian Heriz rug measures approximately 8x11 and features a commanding central medallion set against a saturated brick red field. Intricately stepped ivory corners contrast sharply with the darker field, while stylized palmettes and angular vine scrolls accent the surrounding design. The rug’s bold geometric structure is enhanced by deep midnight blues and hints of green in the border, creating a dramatic tribal aesthetic. Woven in the 1940s, it retains excellent wool quality and strong visual presence—ideal for anchoring a living or dining space.
