Bathroom Faucet

Bought for new construction, not at the level where we are ready to install. It looks so cool I couldn't pass it up. Customer service is off the charts good.

Angel Falls Faucet

We haven't installed it yet but it is a beautiful piece. I live in Canada. I was concerned about shipping. I was provided with the shipping information so I could follow it's progress. Wonderful customer service.

Pleasantly surprised

Received the Angel Falls faucet in black in a shorter time than expected. It appears sturdy and good quality, and beautiful. We haven’t installed as yet as it is for a bathroom Reno we are doing. Wasn’t sure if the shipping was in process as I did not receive a confirmation email. I will definitely shop at Home and Tower again.

Looks great, but...

I really wanted this to faucet to be awesome. But it's not. Aesthetically, it is lovely, and the construction and materials seem really solid. It is the function/design that is troublesome. Here' are the issues I've experienced. • The flow rate of the water is actually too high. Weird sounding complaint, I know, but the water tends to splash a lot when it hits the sink basin. Further, if you try to reduce the flow rate by closing down the valves on the supply lines, the reduced water flow cause the faucet to make some hideous noises. • Several seconds after turning the faucet off, it lets through a dribble of water. The amount varies but it seems to be roughly between a a couple of a tablespoons to a quarter cop (30-60 ml). • But the biggest issue, by far, is the that the faucet does not lean forward far enough to ensure the water goes into the sink. The design of the faucet relies on projecting the water forward (due to the high flow rate noted above), but as you turn the faucet on or off and at really low settings, there's always a little bit of water that runs on to the counter top. This is made much worse by the random delayed dribbles that happen after turning the faucet off. There are ways to fix this, but it requires replacing the countertop to move the faucet closer the the sink, but my counter top has a standard offset between the faucet and the sink bowl and replacing a counter to accommodate a faucet is wasteful and expensive and pretty ******. There are other options too, but you shouldn't have to build custom solutions to help a faucet get water into the sink rather than on the counter... • There are a few other quirks (like the design making it really awakard to turn off the faucet with your left hand without getting your arm in the water) but I could overlook that if the other issues weren't present. I really want this faucet to be awesome, but it just isn't. It's like a good first prototype where you can see the potential but it needs refinement. At the end of the day, it functions less well than options available at one third the price. I will almost certainly be removing this faucet and getting something else because, no matter how pretty it is or how quality the build is, if it doesn't work it's a failure. I would not by this again and would recommend you look for another option too.
