Making A Purchase:

Changes to Orders: Please notify us of any changes to your order within 4 hours of placing it. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect orders after this period.

Cancelling an Order: Please notify us of any cancellation request for your order within the 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order.
Returns:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.

Notification: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Condition for Returns: Items should be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

No Restocking Fee for Unused Items 🎉: Should the item not be in its original condition, a restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate fee if items aren't returned in their original state.

Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, even for items with initial free shipping.

Art: Art wall, oil paintings, and canvas items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us within 72 hours of your order being delivered by using the contact form to initiate a request of return or refund.

After your return request is accepted, our team will guide you with the steps and shipping label to return your item.
- Once your order is received, our team will check the current condition of the items and determine if they are out of charges or re-stocking fee is applicable. Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days of receiving the item.
