RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Making A Purchase:

  1. Changes to Orders: Please notify us of any changes to your order within 4 hours of placing it. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect orders after this period.
  2. Cancelling an Order: Please notify us of any cancellation request for your order within the 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order.

Returns:

  1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  2. Notification: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
  3. Condition for Returns: Items should be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  4. No Restocking Fee for Unused Items 🎉: Should the item not be in its original condition, a restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate fee if items aren't returned in their original state.
  5. Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, even for items with initial free shipping.

Refunds:

  1. Refund Options: Choose between a refund in store credit or back to your original payment method.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Art: Art wall, oil paintings, and canvas items cannot be returned.

Warranty:

  • Each product comes with its own warranty policy. Please refer to the product's details for specific information.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of your order being delivered by using the contact form to initiate a request of return or refund.
  2. After your return request is accepted, our team will guide you with the steps and shipping label to return your item.
  3. Once your order is received, our team will check the current condition of the items and determine if they are out of charges or re-stocking fee is applicable. Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days of receiving the item.
